Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Drive sales through promotions, events, and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences.
