We are looking for passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to lead with excellence and inspire a team? We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee two of our Japanese-inspired steakhouses, where tradition meets innovation in a vibrant dining experience.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high operational standards, and nurturing a culture of hospitality, respect, and excellence. If you have a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine and hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of both restaurant locations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to work together to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service, fostering genuine guest relationships.
- Monitor quality of food and beverage, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction as our TOP NUMBER 1 PIORITY!
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of F&B experience, preferably in Steakhouse or Japanese cuisine concepts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A deep understanding and appreciation of Japanese food, culture, and hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Any restaurant Supervisor that is looking for climbing the ladder to the next level to be an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Able to speak in English & Malay. (Best if able to speak in Chinese as well!)
