- Handle general office duties such as documentation, photocopy & filing.
- Maintain hard & soft copy files, confidential records, and information.
- Assist with invoicing, expense documentation & payment process.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries in a time with professional manner.
- Ensure accuracy & complete of all administrative records.
- Coordinate office supplies & equipment maintenance.
- Support the team in organization sales event & promotional activities.
