We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservation Agent to manage room reservations and provide exceptional pre-arrival experiences for guests. The role is responsible for handling booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with efficiency and accuracy, while upholding a high standard of guest service that reflects a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation inquiries.
- Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations in the reservation system.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, rates, and billing information.
- Upsell room categories and packages to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams.
- Handle special requests and ensure smooth pre-arrival arrangements.
- Monitor availability and overbooking risks, assisting in inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, rate structures, and brand standards.
