Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Draft and post clear, attractive, and compliant job descriptions.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and campus recruitment.
- Build a talent pipeline for future manpower needs.
2. Selection Process
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
3. Expatriate Recruitment & Immigration Processing
- Manage the full process for expatriate hiring, including preparing required documentation for Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), and other relevant permits.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies such as Immigration Department, Expatriate Services Division (ESD), and MIDA for approvals.
- Track visa and permit expiry dates, and handle timely renewals.
- Ensure all expatriate recruitment activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and immigration regulations.
4. Employer Branding & Networking
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through career fairs, university partnerships, and online presence.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and government agencies.
5. Onboarding & Integration
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities for both local and expatriate hires.
- Support new hires during relocation, including accommodation arrangements and settling-in assistance for expatriates.
- Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth integration into the company.
6. Recruitment Analytics & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring metrics.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and immigration requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, with exposure to expatriate hiring preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Experience handling ESD applications, work permit renewals, and expatriate documentation is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (ATS experience is an advantage).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
