Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in taking off quantities and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Support the team in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions.
- Help in evaluating quotations and preparing comparison sheets for procurement.
- Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and final account preparations.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections with supervision.
- Maintain and update project documentation and records.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Commercial & Contract team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and costing principles.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month

- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
