Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Measure and take off quantities from drawings and plans.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
- Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget.
- Assist in procurement and sourcing of construction materials
- Responsible to handle pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-year experience in related field.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- Construction estimation experienced is advantageous.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driving license and willing to travel to site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
