Responsibilities:
Preparing project budgets and final accounts, controlling project costs, participating in contract negotiations, material inspections, and bidding evaluation, as well as assisting in the preparation of tender documents and project acceptance.
Requirements:
- Malaysian national.
- Fluent in Chinese (for communication) and able to read English documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management or related fields; preference for candidates with a Quantity Surveyor qualification certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in decoration budgeting or quantity surveying, with familiarity in decoration construction techniques, material market conditions, and the entire process of budget preparation and final accounting.
- Proficient in quantity surveying and pricing software such as Glodon and CAD; skilled in construction drawing review, bill of quantities preparation, progress payment application, and completion settlement.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good team spirit.
