Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented fresh graduate to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. This role offers hands on experience in cost estimation contract administration and project coordination within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Handle tender and contract documentation
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments
- Monitor project cost and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
- Support senior quantity surveyors and project team in daily tasks
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic QS software
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
