Key Responsibilities
1. Quality & Regulatory Assurance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines including NPRA, HALAL, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, and INCI standards.
- Oversee product safety assessments and documentation.
- Manage product registration via Quest NPRA platform and maintain full regulatory compliance.
2. Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay abreast of skincare and cosmetic trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences.
3. Product Evaluation & Commercial Analysis
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to collect and analyze customer insights.
4. Training & Education
- Develop educational content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct sharing sessions on skin anatomy, product science, key ingredient functions, and proper usage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or in skincare/cosmetic product development or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong foundation in cosmetic ingredients, formulation methods, skin physiology, and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented, passionate about education, and able to communicate technical concepts to non-specialist audiences.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
