- Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, expiry monitoring
- Supervise and coach pharmacy staff to meet monthly sales targets and maintain a transaction count per day.
- Provide accurate medication counseling to customers, ensuring patient safety and enhancing customer satisfaction scores.
- Review and verify prescriptions to comply with Poison Act and other local regulations, minimizing dispensing errors.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales, margin, and profit performance reports to the Pharmacist Manager (PhM).
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement in-store promotions and private label product pushes.
- Conduct monthly audits on controlled drugs (Poison B & C), ensuring 100% compliance with audit and documentation standards.
- Lead and monitor health service programs (e.g., blood tests, vaccination events), achieving recruitment targets (e.g., 25 participants per event).
- Act as the main liaison with HQ departments (logistics, HR, procurement), escalating operational issues and ensuring timely resolution.
