- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow, accurate dispensing, and compliance with MOH regulations and Alpro SOPs.
- Lead and supervise the pharmacy team (PA, HA, CE, Nutritionist) to ensure aligned daily task execution, clear role accountability, and optimal shift coordination.
- Achieve outlet sales targets by actively monitoring daily performance, optimizing customer engagement, and driving KPIs such as PP, Green List %, and Pharmacist 30/30.
- Ensure stock accuracy through weekly inventory checks, expiry monitoring, and coordination with purchasing team for replenishment of fast-moving and high-margin items.
- Deliver professional counselling to customers on chronic disease management, vaccinations, and supplement usage, with a target of ≥30% pharmacist-led transactions monthly.
- Drive campaign execution (e.g., ASAP, BMH, GreenList, MedValue) by planning outreach activities, assigning staff roles, and ensuring timely tracking/reporting to PhM.
- Coach and evaluate team performance monthly using the 6D model, identify underperformers, and develop individual improvement plans or recommend repositioning.
- Handle customer complaints or incidents on-site, document resolutions in the incident log, and escalate major issues to PhM within 24 hours.
- Submit weekly outlet performance updates to the Pharmacist Manager, highlighting achievements, KPI gaps, team contributions, and operational concerns.
- Ensure outlet readiness for audits by maintaining proper documentation (EPS, poison registers), enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and preparing team for inspections.
