- Confirm whether the first product produced meets the process standards. (Such as size, appearance, function)
- Perform random inspections on the production line at fixed intervals to check process parameters, operational specifications, material consistency, etc.
- When defective products or process problems are found, immediately mark, isolate and feedback, and promote the responsible department to analyze the causes and verify improvement measures.
- Record inspection data, generate daily/weekly reports, analyze quality trends and make improvement suggestions.
- Update inspection specifications, maintain measuring tools/testing equipment, guide production line employees to perform self-inspection/mutual inspection, and enhance the quality awareness of all employees.
Job Requirements:
- High school degree or above, preferred for science and engineering majors such as electronics, machinery, and chemical engineering.
- More than 1 year of IPQC or QC experience, proficient in using measuring tools and testing instruments.
- Meticulous and rigorous, able to ensure accurate inspection data.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to clearly feedback problems and promote departmental collaboration, quickly locate abnormal causes, and propose effective improvement plans.
- Proficient in English and Malay
