- According to the company's production plan indicators, reasonably allocate manpower, equipment, materials and other resources to ensure that production tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor production progress, adjust production priorities in a timely manner, and solve production bottlenecks.
- Supervise the order of the production site, manage the labor discipline of the production line, ensure that the operation complies with the standard process, and maintain and implement the 5S standard of the production site.
- Collect production data (such as yield rate, rework rate), analyze efficiency loss points, and propose optimization plans.
- Responsible for the task allocation, performance evaluation and skills training of production line employees, organize team building activities, enhance employee cohesion, deal with employee emotional problems, and reduce turnover rate.
Job Requirements:
- High school education or above, no major limit.
- More than three years of experience in manufacturing production line management, familiar with the entire production process.
- Familiar with automation equipment and common quality issues.
- Possess excellent team leadership, conflict resolution, planning execution and cross-departmental coordination capabilities, can clearly convey superior instructions, timely feedback and solve on-site problems.
- Proficient in English and Malay
