Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm whether the first product produced meets process standards (e.g., size, appearance, function)
- Conduct random inspections on the production line at scheduled intervals to check process parameters, operational specifications, and material consistency
- Immediately identify, isolate, and report any defective products or process issues; collaborate with relevant departments to analyze root causes and verify improvement actions
- Record inspection data and generate daily/weekly reports; analyze quality trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Update inspection guidelines, maintain measuring tools/testing equipment, and guide production staff in performing self-checks and mutual inspections to raise quality awareness across the team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school qualification; diploma or degree in science/engineering fields (electronics, mechanical, chemical, etc.) is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in IPQC or QC; familiar with using measuring tools and testing instruments
- Detail-oriented and precise in recording inspection data
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to report issues clearly and collaborate across departments to identify and resolve abnormalities effectively
- Proficient in both English and Malay
