- Inspect and verify all mechanical works in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
- Conduct material inspections upon delivery to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Review and verify inspection and test plans (ITP) and method statements for mechanical works.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for compliance with quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with the site team, consultants, and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure all quality documentation is complete and properly filed for project handover.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing preventive measures.
