Criteria / Requirements:
1. Male, Physically fit, Age in between 20-40 years old.
2. Education: Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Certificate, Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
3. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mechanical field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven experience in mechanical fitting, including assembly, disassembly, and repair of industrial equipment.
4. Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in welding. Competence in basic electrical troubleshooting. Foundational knowledge of plumbing systems relevant to industrial machinery. Good understanding of industrial equipment and machinery operation.
5. Other Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Able to perform physical tasks associated with the role (e.g., lifting, standing for extended periods).

A) Maintenance, Repair, and Installation of Factory Machinery:
- Responsible for the upkeep, fixing, and setting up of various factory machinery
B) Proficiency in Mechanical Fitting:
- Includes the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components.
- Requires a strong understanding of industrial equipment.
C) Key Skills:
- Welding
