Position: HVAC Technician (Mechanical Services)
Location: Bayan Lepas
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000 + OT

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the main go-to for any HVAC Mechanical-related issues or complaints from clients or end-users.
- Perform routine inspections & preventive maintenance on HVAC mechanical systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance when breakdowns happen.
- Support the Building Leader with daily operations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams when needed — because teamwork makes the system work.
- Supervise contractors and ensure jobs get done right.
- Liaise with vendors & clients on operational matters.
- Take on other ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor or company. Flexibility is key!
What You Need:
- Certificate in Mechanical or HVAC systems.
- 1–3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance (in buildings, plants, or factories) is preferred — but fresh grads are totally welcome!
- Basic understanding of HVAC system operations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
