Key Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and correct Japanese/Indonesian/Mandarin/Korean content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and style.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks for AI/ML language-related projects.
- Rewrite sentences and improve overall text quality in Japanese/Indonesian/Mandarin/Korean.
- Ensure accurate translations and interpretations while maintaining intended meaning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and project deadlines.
- Conduct research to verify language use and terminology.
- Mentor and guide junior language agents (Team Lead role only).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Japanese language or any other field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese/Indonesian/Mandarin/Korean (written & spoken).
- Strong understanding of Japanese/Indonesian/Mandarin/Korean grammar, vocabulary, and syntax.
- Proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading comprehension).
- Prior experience in QA, proofreading, or language editing preferred.
- Familiarity with ML/AI terminology is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Employment Type
- Contract (1 year) – Renewable based on performance.
