Expectations
- Maintain a strong control posture in managing all RTR master data files setup.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach when handling ad hoc requests and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate proactively with other Operations Analysts across non-FI SAP modules to resolve system or user issues.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related Finance qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Shared Services environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Korean.
- Practical experience and knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to partner effectively with other process area Operations Analysts to resolve userrelated issues
