Position: Korean Chat Support Specialist (SNS Marketing)

- RM8,500 -10,000 (Basic + Allowance)
- RM200-500 (KPI Allowance)
- RM200-300 (Shift Allowance)
Job Description:
The Client Service Associate is to help support advertisers worldwide (SNS platform) through chat, email, and callbacks.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call backs
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
- Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
- Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly
- Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes
Requirement
- Opens for Local Korean speaker or Korean Native
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of commonly used social media platforms.
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends (Required to work as rotational shift for following 24/7h).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
Language: Korean (Required) + B2 English level
