- Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire high-rise project from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management and clients.
- Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Resolve technical/site issues and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise project teams including Site Supervisors, QS, and M&E Coordinators.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience managing high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Shah Alam
