About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This role covers both onsite and remote IT support, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and collaboration tools. You will be supporting internal users across global offices while maintaining a high level of customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, telephony, mobiles, email, and applications.
- Cover IT service desk queue, assisting both onsite and remote users.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and system tools.
- Support and maintain collaboration tools (meeting room devices, video conferencing systems).
- Manage desktop/laptop deployment, imaging, and updates (Windows/Mac).
- Support endpoint security, mobile devices, and printers.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and hybrid identity (Azure AD, SSO, MFA).
- Support user provisioning, license allocation, and mailbox management.
- Deploy and manage devices with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Endpoint Central.
- Administer mail flow, email security, and compliance tools (eDiscovery, DLP, audit logging).
- Provide technical support for AWS services (e.g., WorkSpaces, EC2).
- Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and escalate where necessary.
- Assist in infrastructure/software projects and ensure change management compliance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac OS environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Teams Calling).
- Experience with Active Directory, AD replication, DNS, GPO, and Azure AD Connect.
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with endpoint management systems (Intune, Jamf, Endpoint Central).
- Experience with compliance and security (Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection).
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (WorkSpaces, EC2).
- Solid troubleshooting skills across endpoints, networks, and systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
