We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in developing strategic plans, including work schedules, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and safety standards, and ensure timely reporting and updates.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Review and verify project expenses, materials usage, manpower hours, and claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and site updates.
- Support implementation of quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.
- Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, reports, records, and logs.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support project success.

What are we looking for?
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- More than 7 years of experience in civil/earthworks/infrastructure projects
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to manage technical and site-related challenges effectively

Employment Details:
- Contract Type: 2-year term, renewable based on performance
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
