Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus, not mandatory.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus, not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights and reports.
- A background in tech, business, or operations is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budget to ensure objectives are met.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct research to support project planning, strategy, and innovation efforts.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational workflows and project outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating past project performance and identifying areas of growth.
