Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery, across multiple semiconductor manufacturing initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to semiconductor industry standards (e.g., SEMI, ISO).
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, equipment installation, and cleanroom protocols.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
