Position : Technician
Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang
Level :
- Fresh graduate (RM 2000)
- Mid Level (2-4 years experienced) RM2400
- Senior Level (more then 5 years experienced) RM3300
Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma in related discipline. (e.g., Mechatronic, Electronic, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering)
- Dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Wire Bond equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
- Able to work on rotating shift.
Principal Responsibilities:
- 1. Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing (Assembly/Fab experience is preferred).
- 2. Experience in one or more SMT processes : solder print, component mount, solder/epoxy dispense, Reflow, Flux Cleaning
- 3. Experience in one or more standard semiconductor B/E processes : dicing, die-attach wire-bond, molding, trim-form, ball-mount
- 4. Experience in production scheduling or dispatching in semiconductor or electronic/CMS industries
