Job Description:
- Timely update changes to information system equipment and maintain detailed repair records to ensure accurate and comprehensive asset tracking.
- Maintain daily office equipment and promptly address equipment malfunctions in various departments. Coordinate external repair services and contact vendors for on-site maintenance.
- Optimize network architecture to ensure network stability; identify and resolve potential network risks by analyzing logs from core devices.
- Provide support to the Quality Assurance (QA) department to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Manage user accounts for domain controllers, workstations, and lab equipment for QC and central control (including system permission management, account creation, permission modification, deactivation, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Group IT department to manage OA (Office Automation), email, ERP, and other office systems, while also overseeing the upgrade of existing information systems and planning future digitalization initiatives in alignment with company needs.
- Participate in the implementation, customization, and configuration of SAP modules to meet business requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma and above in computer science or related IT field, with min 3 years experiences including network operations and maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
- Possess knowledge in computer system validation and SAP experience.
- Needs to support for QA jobs in alignment with GMP requirement.
- Priority will be given to candidates who are Mandarin-speaking.
