Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules.
* Plan and coordinate material requirements.
* Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed.
* Work with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve delays.
* Use ERP/MRP systems to track and update planning data.
* Analyze and optimize planning processes to reduce downtime.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing planning role.
* Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Proficient in Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking teams/suppliers).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and a proactive problem solver.
