- Study construction drawings and specification to ensure suitability and adequacy of details.
- Monitor and control progress of site work, ensure project to be running within budget, cost and stipulated time frame with good work quality.
- Liaise and coordinate works with the project team including internal departments and external parties ie consultants, authorities, contractor, and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing project records/documents and reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or its equivalent.
- Have 1-2 years experience in Property Development line.
- Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Possess own transport, will be required to visit site.
- Have effective writing and communication skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
