Requirements:
· Proven experience in stock/inventory management and/or e-commerce fulfilment
· Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing POS systems
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficiency with inventory management software and order fulfilment platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, or others)
· Good communication skills and the ability to work across departments
· Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver
· Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily stock movements, including inbound and outbound inventory
2. Maintain accurate inventory records across all sales channels and warehouse systems
3. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely restocking and deliveries
4. Manage order processing and fulfilment for online sales (e.g., website, marketplaces)
5. Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory or discrepancies
6. Generate regular inventory reports and support cycle counts and audits
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehousing and fulfilment operations
