Responsibilities
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in a courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customers’ expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
- To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
- To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
