Job Description & Job Details
Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Location: 04-08, Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur, No. 210, Jalan Air Jernih, Setapak, 53200 Kuala Lumpur
1) Manage full set of accounts including GL, AP, and AR
2) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
3) Monitor expenses, track revenues, and provide cost-saving insights
4) Ensure compliance with tax regulations, SST, and statutory requirements
5) Oversee cash flow and ensure accurate financial forecasting
6) Use Autocount and related accounting systems for financial tracking and reporting
7) Provide strategic financial advice and accounting insights to the founder
8) Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure audit readiness
9) Handle payment processing and ensure transaction accuracy
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2) Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling full set accounts
3) Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting software
4) Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance matters
5) High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
6) Good communication and problem-solving skills
7) Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
