Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Lead to supervise and coordinate the assembly of electronic components. You will play a key role in maintaining production quality, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assembly of electronic components in accordance with work orders and quality standards
- Operate production tools and equipment, including soldering irons and packaging machines
- Inspect products for defects and compliance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve production goals
- Manage inventory and materials, and prepare daily/weekly production reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM education level
- At least 1 year of experience as an operator in an electronics factory
- Familiar with electronics production machinery and processes
- Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Good communication skills and team player
- Aged 18 to 35 (Female)
- Willing to travel to Shenzhen, China for 1 to 3 months for training
- Committed to a 1-year renewable contract
- Must have no criminal record and maintain good attendance
