job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the production and management of the production workshop team;
2. Provide skill training on production operation technology and quality control to team members;
3. Check the work of the operators to ensure that they operate according to the process;
4. Arrange production according to the production plan and complete the production target of each shift on time.
Qualifications
1. SPM (high school) or higher education, no major restrictions;
2. More than 2 years of grassroots management experience in manufacturing enterprises;
3. Have the ability and work experience in production site management and quality control, understand production progress, production arrangements, and personnel deployment, and be able to manage personnel, machinery, and materials in all aspects of the production site;
4. Agile thinking, excellent logical analysis skills, strong driving and execution abilities
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
