Key Responsibilities
Solution Structuring & Advisory
- Collaborate with coverage, solution sales, product, legal, and implementation teams to ensure end-to-end solution feasibility and successful delivery.
- Leverage treasury, cash flow, and working capital insights to shape and quantify client value propositions.
- Collaborate with Product Management to build and maintain solution playbooks, toolkits, case studies, and sales decks to support front-line teams in client engagements.
- Conduct training sessions, pitch simulations, and feedback loops to build confidence and consistency in solution delivery.
- Act as a centre of excellence for cash structuring by curating best practices, creating reusable frameworks, and mentoring junior team members.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal structuring methodologies, pricing standards, and approval protocols.
Deal Governance & Client Customization Management
- Own and lead the deal review governance process, ensuring structured solutions are aligned to internal risk, pricing, compliance, and product policies.
- Manage the lifecycle of client customization requests—from origination, solution assessment, and approvals to execution—working in close coordination with product managers and implementation teams.
- Extend involvement beyond deal closure to support onboarding, customization clarification, and post-implementation tracking.
- Drive consistency, transparency, risk and control in complex or non-standard deals.
Strategic Growth Enablement
- Partner with solution sales and coverage to identify and qualify deal opportunities, leveraging wallet sizing, client data, and market trends.
- Co-develop client engagement strategies based on industry verticals, growth stage, or transaction patterns.
- Originate cross-product, bundled solutions by collaborating across product verticals (e.g., trade, FX, channels) to provide integrated offerings.
Analytics-Driven Solutioning
- Use data analytics and transaction insights to pinpoint opportunities and tailor advisory to client treasury pain points (e.g., idle balances, reconciliation gaps).
- Enhance deal quality and impact by building and leveraging analytical tools, pricing models, and value calculators
Commercialization of Product Capabilities
- Work with product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced cash management offerings.
- Shape product positioning, develop client-facing content, and monitor adoption and revenue performance.
- Champion client feedback and frontline insights in product roadmaps and innovation priorities.
