Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient production planning and control systems to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage daily operations in our hardware production facility, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Oversee inventory levels, procurement of materials, and storage to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align production processes with new product launches and updates.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in production and inventory management, utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production and inventory management teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze production and inventory metrics, reporting on performance and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, with a focus on electronics or hardware products.
• Proven track record of managing production lines and inventory systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies related to hardware production.
