Job Description
The Team
You will join SEEK’s global Commercial Growth, Adjacent Revenue team – a team of passionate, fun and smart individuals across Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, who are charged by SEEK to lead the design, development and scale of new business opportunities across our 8 markets in SEEK Asia Pacific.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, in this exciting role, the primary focus of this role is designed to help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to assist in driving the clients’ recruiting process and to drive successful placements. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, energetic and customer-focused, who loves being a change champion and aspires to develop a career as a high performing salesperson in an innovative and fast paced team.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager, in this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing assigned customers and cultivating strong working relationships to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will play an integral part as a pioneer in our team’s long-term success, and contribute valuable feedback from the frontline, to help shape our vision and product proposition. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, energetic and customer-focused, who loves being a change champion and aspires to develop a career as a high performing salesperson in an innovative and fast paced team.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Sell and promote our services and solutions to our clients.
- Contact customers through outbound / inbound calls activities daily.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by formulating sales plans and strategies.
- Handle objections tactfully while maintaining hirer relationships in a skillful way.
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handover and provide background information for effective follow-up
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in sales and account management.
- Experience in selling technology or recruitment related solutions would be highly preferred, but not mandatory
- Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude.
- Strong in communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Simultaneously
