Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and convert new leads to onboard food delivery merchants.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and pitch solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and deal records in Salesforce.
- Provide regular sales reports to the manager.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in a telesales environment.
- Upsell services and solutions to existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales or telesales.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Experience working with corporate clients in Malaysia is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000
