5. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of purchase orders
6. Tracking order status and ensuring timely delivery
7. Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
8. Analyzing procurement data to identify trends and opportunities
9. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
10. Assisting with stock counts and reconciliation.
11. Maintaining accurate procurement records
12. Organizing and filing procurement documents
13. Providing administrative support to the procurement team.
14. Assisting with vendor payments
15. Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
