Job Description
- Sourcing negotiation and secure best pricing and get quotation from two supplier for vehicles/parts/accessories as per request from Sales Team or Operation Team
- To communicate with sales Team and get Vehicles Sales
- Order/Quotation/Proforma confirmation that meet customer requirement.
- To email to finance team of the confirmed sales order for loan application purpose.
- Communicate with and update list of vendors/price list for vehicle/accessories for latest offers, price, vehicle availability.
- Vendor registration creation, credit term application to be updated an email to supplier.
- Liaise with Operation team and vendor of service vehicle invoices and forward to finance team for payment purpose
- Assists in handling e-perolehan website for government tendering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
