Job Description – Personal Assistant, CEO’s Office
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Handle communications – screen calls, manage emails, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and serve as a professional gatekeeper for the CEO’s office
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents with a high standard of professionalism
- Manage administrative matters - expense claims, records, filing, and document control
- Oversee scheduling and coordination with CEO’s official driver, including movement planning and support for delegated administrative errands (e.g. document delivery, coordination tasks)
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or authorised personnel, when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
