Office-Related Duties:
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics during business trips (hotels, transport, documents).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Attend meetings when required and handle minutes/follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally.
- Track and manage confidential documents and filing systems.
- Assist in event coordination and corporate hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure smooth flow of daily office administrative tasks.
Family & Personal Support Duties:
- Manage family appointments (e.g., medical, school, social events).
- Handle travel planning for family members (flights, visas, accommodations).
- Oversee household matters (e.g., maintenance scheduling, service providers).
- Purchase personal items or gifts, manage personal errands.
- Maintain confidentiality and security regarding personal and family matters.
- Liaise with family staff (e.g., drivers, domestic helpers) and ensure coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent command of English.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Able to travel or work outside normal hours when needed.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
