About the Role
Quess Global Malaysia is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The role requires someone who can manage multiple client accounts and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
- Prepare and validate payroll reports.
- Provide support to clients on payroll-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, preferably within an outsourcing firm or agency.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple clients.
- Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel.
- Willing to work on-site at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
