Job Title: Administrator - Payroll & Admin

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including attendance, overtime, commission, and leave balances.
- Support employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Update and manage employee databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process financial documents such as invoices, quotations, receipts, and expense claims with precision.
- Provide administrative support across various departments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
