Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Ensure compliance with all local statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.).
- Design, implement, and review compensation and reward programs (incentives, bonuses, allowances, benefits).
- Maintain and update employee compensation data and payroll records in HRMS.
- Analyze market salary trends to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and claims.
- Prepare monthly reports, salary breakdowns, and HR analytics.
- Partner with department heads to align reward systems with performance and talent strategies.
- Lead audits and ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and employee data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and rewards management.
- Proficiency in HR2000 and iPayroll systems is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory deductions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
