Responsibility
- Review the deliverables of payroll documents and ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay data and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations and best practices.
- Administer employee claims such as medical, SOCSO, and more to ensure it compliance with company policies.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll procedures and internal controls by best practices.
- Consolidate and provide recurring and ad-hoc HR data analysis and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, English, & Bahasa Melayu.
- Diligent, responsibility and attention to detail are key with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiar with any HRIS software.
