Job Description :
- To ensure salary is processed and payout on time.
- To assist on booking flight ticket for foreign workers.
- To ensure timely and complete billing of services (contract /transport fee, etc) according to quotation.
- Involved in local authorities and customer audit.
- To ensure all files are properly maintained.
- Process monthly payroll end to end in compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including all other payroll related transaction as required such as calculation and computation of salaries, taxes, reimbursement, overtime, commissions, allowances, deductions, benefit in kind (BIK), bonuses in timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with payroll audits and support to address any discrepancies and corrections.
- To ensure accurate deductions for PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit the statutory reports and payments in accordance with the deadlines.
- Perform Tax declaration & Tax Clearance for local worker and foreign worker as required ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Any other task assigned from time to time or permanently by your superior.
- Comply with Quality Policy and other policy, which are enforced by Company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
