Job Title: Payroll Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team in Bayu Tinggi, Klang. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently handling full-cycle payroll processing for approximately 150 employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using HR 2000 payroll system.
- Input and verify attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update payroll records and related documentation.
- Prepare payroll reports and manage statutory filings.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience, preferably managing 100+ employees.
- Proficient in HR 2000 payroll system.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions.
- Meticulous, confidential, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
