1. Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in Malaysia).
- Maintain and update employee payroll records (salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, deductions).
- Handle staff claims, leave encashment, bonuses, and incentives.
- Generate payslips and related payroll reports.
2. Payment Processing
- Verify and process supplier/vendor payments (cheques, online transfers, petty cash).
- Ensure payments are made on time according to credit terms.
- Maintain payment records and reconcile with bank statements.
- Handle staff reimbursements and advance payments.
3. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports (e.g., EA forms, E/PCB submission).
- Assist in audits related to payroll and payment transactions.
4. General Administrative Duties
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and financial data.
- Liaise with HR, finance, and external parties (banks, auditors, statutory bodies).
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management (e.g., data entry, filing).
